The project involves the construction and improvement of a 4.7 km section of the Mid Island Parkway. The works are carried out along the 4.7 km corridor starting from the existing Saadiyat Interchange and extending to the newly constructed Khor Laffan crossing. The project scope includes the construction of two bridges, one pedestrian overpass, and the improvement of the Saadiyat Interchange, as well as the development of a pump station, stormwater drainage network, intelligent transportation system (ITS), utility reservations for electrical and telecommunications infrastructure, and landscaping works. The scope of services also includes the delivery of design activities, multidisciplinary coordination, and the implementation of BIM processes.
