Hüsnü AKHAN completed his secondary and high school education at Birecik High School (Şanlıurfa). He is a graduate of Middle East Technical University, Department of Business Administration and received his Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Miami (USA). AKHAN served at various positions of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey. He served as the Representative at London Office and Assistant General Manager at the Foreign Relations Department of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey. He joined Doğuş Group in 1994. After serving as the Executive VP responsible for Treasury, Operations and Foreign Relations at Garanti Bank, he was assigned as the General Manager of Körfezbank in 1998. AKHAN was a Board Member and CFO of Doğuş Holding during 2001-2005, Board Member and CEO of Doğuş Holding during 2006-2019. As of July 2019, he has been assigned as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Doğuş Holding. Additionally, he currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for Doğuş Real Estate, Doğuş Construction, Doğuş Data Processing&Technology, PIT Istanbul Hotel Management Company, Related Digital Marketing, Körfez Aviation, Doğuş Planet Electronics&Informatics Services and as the Deputy Chairman for Ara Güler Doğuş Art& Museum, and as a Board Member for TÜVTÜRK.

Gür ÇAĞDAŞ achieved his bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Political Sciences of Istanbul University and received his master's degree at the School of Business Institute of Business Administration at the same university. He started his professional life as an Investment Specialist at Eczacıbaşı Securities and then he founded Vakıfbank Istanbul Investment Trust and headed this corporation until 1990. He joined Doğuş Group as the Group Manager of Capital Markets at Birleşik Türk Körfez Bank, then served as an Assistant General Manager in Garanti Securities and Garanti Investment and Trade Bank respectively. Then Mr. ÇAĞDAŞ started to Garanti Asset Management as the General Manager in 1997, was assigned as the Vice Chairman in 2012 and Chairman in 2014. Mr. ÇAĞDAŞ currently serves as the Vice Chairman of Doğuş Otomotiv ve Servis A.Ş., Doğuş Yayın Grubu, Doğuş Enerji A.Ş. and Doğuş Sigorta; and the Vice Chairman of Doğuş Construction and Trade Inc. besides to his service as the Advisor to the President of Doğuş Holding. Mr. ÇAĞDAŞ also served as the President of Turkish Institutional Investment Managers’ Association (KYD) between 2007-2014 and represented Turkey at the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA). He is currently the Vice President of the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey (TKYD).

Erdem TAVAS achieved his bachelor’s degree from the Department of Civil Engineering of Boğaziçi University Department and later he received his master's degree in Structural Engineering of Civil Engineering Graduate Program at the same university. TAVAS started his professional life at Koray Construction in 1997 and then joined Doğuş Group in 2015. TAVAS currently serves as a Board Member of Doğuş Construction and Trade Inc. and as the General Manager of Doğuş Real Estate Investment & Management Inc. and Galataport Istanbul Management and Investments Inc. companies.
